Personally, I think the whole Shanat Citadel should be loaded with mobs. There's more "military type" dwarves outside of the Citadel than inside it! I'm thinking 20-mob patrol groups, and many waves of guards. Have more of a "Krethik Keep" feel and less of a "Torrhan" feel.
